With the school year approaching, we in the school system have to prep for not only the usual duties that accompany the start of school year, but also the threat of illness due to Swine flu, also called the N1H1 strain.
But if and when many students and staff are unable to attend school due to the flu, communications will be critical. In this situation, technology can play a role in assisting with communication on two different levels.
Before the flu hits, be sure to educate yourself and those around you.
